note to self….if purchasing a house, get one with a.c. it’s worth the extra gas/electric cost. Cool home = happy family and happy cat….everyone likes a happy cat.

magic box installation is a whole day event for me – I have 8 for my old house – i’m looking at the high velocity central air retrofit next year – should be much quieter – my advice to u is look for a house w central air in pix – u’d probably be out of the Cleveland tv issue down there as well – that’d be worth something to you.
