Crappity crappity crap. I go to all the trouble to get you people to start leaving comments. I send an email to get my friends to finally take a look at this beast. And some of you — and by that I mean one of you — starts to participate a little bit, and Haloscan, which had provided my comment script until this very moment, craps out on me completely.

In the future, we’ll have no trouble. Since I started Uncle Crappy, Blogger has added its own integrated comments system, which will work much better than Haloscan did. But for now, it means that any comments that had been left in the past — right up until a couple hours ago — are gone forever.

Wow. This is a super way to start the public unveiling of Uncle Crappy, ain’t it?
