A Beatle sighting. Jump turns on KT Gully (look it up on a trail map, kids). “You fall, we haul.” Watching Ohio State basketball on my goddamn telephone. It’s all part of our bizarre, and nearly completed, trip to the Rockies. A full recap will be posted soon, and if you all behave, there may even be pictures.

UC – sounds like you had a nice time – wow, and even a Beatle – those Mountain Pine Beatles are really causing some damage to the old growth in the high country – ready to burn for DirtMerchant – all I’ve seen in the past couple of years are ticks, fleas, spiders (many kinds) various flying insects and even a note that someone in Callie’s daycare had some head lice, but luckily we never saw any of those. So, who did you see – the veggie I’m going to stop the seal hunt or the ‘I feel like a fifth wheel’ one – or maybe even you saw John or George’s spirit (if that’s the case, it is probably just a combination of lack of oxygen and alcohol – I drank a beer once on the top of Mt. Evans (a Colorado 14er you can drive up) – got quite a head buzz, but didn’t see Elvis.
