UC, I was wondering…does this make “that school up north” the second lowest rated D-I program, just ahead of Rice which lost to a less accomplished I-AA program? And if so, does it set up “that school up north” for “the largest climb in the rankings to reach the Poulan Weedeater Liberty Bowl ever”?
