I’m not doing a very good job of keeping up with a regular kind of postage. A lot of that has to do with the fact that I had three projects at work come due, all around the same time. Even when I’m not working on those, I feel guilty enough that I’m not doing anything else.

The other thing is that no one notices when I don’t show up. Look at a blog like Tequila Mockingbird — when she doesn’t post for a couple weeks, she gets frantic comments (including mine) wondering where she’s run off to. I don’t need that kind of response (nor do I deserve it … and she definitely does), but it would be a kind of cool to get a comment once in a while. Here’s a suggestion, especially for those who live in the Pittsburgh area:

“Hey. Where you at?”

There’s a ton of stuff I need to get caught up with, including an explanation of that Weather Channel box I added a couple weeks ago to feed my bizarre obsession with the weather. And some other things: Grumpy customer guy. Waiting to see if we’re getting Phish tickets for Saratoga. Getting ready to go to Sedona for a wedding. There’s tons o’ stuff here, just waiting for me to quit writing about beltways, school referendums and PennDOT construction projects.
