When Bill Deely hauled Punxsutawney Phil out of his stump on Gobbler’s Knob this morning, Phil, looking a little squirmier than ususal, offered a couple of predictions after seeing his shadow:

* Six more weeks of skiing!

* The Browns will win next year’s Super Bowl!

* We’re actually going to know less about W’s agenda after tonight’s State of the Union address than we did before it!

* Rutabagas for everyone!
