When I woke up from an epic mid-day nap this afternoon, I checked Twitter to catch up on what I had missed over the three hours I was out.

I came across a short tweet from Cindy: “Whatever ails you today, Patti Smith can make it right.”

It was followed by a short link, to a video of Patti singing “In Excelsis Deo/Gloria.”

Cindy was exactly right.
