Sure, it’s been cold. But the cold in Pittsburgh ain’t nothing compared to the cold at the Mount Washington Observatory in New Hampshire. The staffers there said the temperature reached 34 degrees below zero on top of Mount Washington Sunday night, and that is seriously cold.
What does 34 degrees below zero feel like? For one thing, that’s cold enough to freeze bubbles.
And that, boys and girls, is about the coolest thing Weather Freak Boy has ever seen.

To paraphrase Sam Kinison, “We have really cold places. We just don’t live there!” (shouting)

P.S. Why build a weather station on the top of Mt. Washington? It’s not like anyone lives there.
