Tonight’s adventure: 1. Frozen whole chicken breasts. 2. Dump in slow cooker with a 1/4 cup of water and a couple handfuls of Tuscan poultry rub. 3. Cook for about five hours. 4. Finish on the grill. 5. Serve with rice. Hoo!
